Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI) is the public body in charge of Wallonia-Brussels’ international relations.

The objective of WBI’s Research and Innovation Unit is to support the internationalisation of Wallonia-Brussels players in the R&I sector by :

• facilitating contacts and cooperation
• coordinating and preparing actions at the request of operators
• strengthening the presence and visibility of our operators internationally
• negotiating and activating bilateral agreements
• facilitating scientific and technological monitoring
• leading and coordinating the work of the Research and Innovation Platform
