Kacper is an experienced EU Affairs professional including in the areas of Policy negotiations, Communications, Corporate Structure and Strategy. He worked in the public sector as a Diplomat, sherpa for policy coordination and Press Team leader under the Permanent Representative of Poland to the EU. He joined the private sector, where he led a project team in a top-tier corporation, negotiating an inclusion of a business-critical technology standard in the EU laws. He also helped to implement corporate structure and communications/ advocacy strategy for a startup Polish Business Association in Brussels. Currently, he leads communications tasks for Euromines, European Association of Mining Industries, Metal Ores & Industrial Minerals.
