Anne-Laure Cadji has been involved in project design and management for over fifteen years. She has also performed independent evaluation of major development projects for the European Commission and the Belgian Government. 

She is currently working for the Research Centre Multitel where she is in charge of managing two projects: one at Regional level, Trusted AI Labs (TRAIL); and one at European level, TEF-Health, coordinated by La Charité Hospital in Berlin which aims to foster the adoption of AI in the medical field.

Anne-Laure holds a PhD in Politics and a MA in Latin American Studies both from the University of Oxford.
