Leka Enxhi
Enxhi LEKA is a PhD student in Economics at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, under the supervision of Professor Grazia CECERE. She holds a master’s degree from Université Paris-Saclay, gained in collaboration with institutions like Université Paris Dauphine, Ecole Polytechnique, Centrale Supélec, and Télécom Paris, with a specialization in digital economics.
Her research primarily explores the economic impact of data flows, the strategic placement of data centers, and the economics of the Internet backbone. Enxhi uses empirical and quantitative methods to approach these areas. Her academic work aims to bridge the gap between technological infrastructure and economic theory. Enxhi seeks to deepen the understanding of how technological infrastructure and economic policies interact. Her work contributes to the discourse in digital economics by exploring how technological advancements and governance impact economic systems and digital sovereignty.
