After training as an engineering physicist and obtaining a PhD in materials science, Luc Langer began his career in the surface treatment and coating industry, where he quickly held positions of responsibility.

In 2009, he joined Materia Nova, a research center in the field of materials and related processes, as Managing Director, a position he holds to this day.

An entrepreneur at heart, Luc Langer has launched several start-ups in the field of materials and coatings, and more recently in the energy sector.
