Fabrice Brion graduated from mechanical engineering University and from the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons in Master in Innovation Management.
Fabrice began his professional career at Emerson Process Management – CSI for 4 years as an industrial reliability engineer. In 2004, he decided to take a decisive turn in his life by launching his own company in predictive maintenance and reliability solutions. This is how I-care was born.

In 2013, after more than 5 years of research and development, I-care launches its Wi-care ™ product line based on state-of-the-art vibration sensors equipped with wireless transmitters, supported by I-care ™, the online data processing portal also developed in-house. Since their launch, Wi-care ™ and I-see ™ have continued to improve and are now among the best solutions in the market for 4.0 maintenance.

Fabrice Brion is still the main shareholder of I-Care and is the CEO and Chairman of the board for almost 20 years. He is involved in the day to day job of I-Care by taking care of all the strategic tasks and by communicating about the values of I-Care.
